
The story

Trinidad Traiteur is first and foremost the story of a little girl who started cooking alongside her mother at a very early age.
As I grow up, life leads me to other professional adventures, while continuing to cook, bake, and bake every day...
After a career in communications and graphics, I decided to make a living from my passion: cooking.
It was the opening of my first restaurant-tea room in Aix-en-Provence, Les Petits Plats de Trinidad in 2016, which marked the end of my daily work in communications, and the beginning of my life as a Chef.
For many years, I offered honest and tasty cuisine in a warm and comfortable place. A must-see place (an institution, my customers would say) for a simple feast, acclaimed in various guides and sites (Le Routard, Le Puddlo, Le Petit Futé, Tripadvisor, etc.)
A few years later, at the request of my customers, I opened a takeaway counter which also served as a caterer.
Then, a third place opens its doors where I offer more “healthy” cuisine.
After moving to the Var region, I decided to keep only the catering side and offer my services as an experienced chef attentive to her Var customers, in the area around Les Issambres-Sainte-Maxime-Fréjus.
